My family recipe for real Turkish humus which is super easy, quick and delicious.

- 540 g Cooked chickpeas Drained
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2.5 tbsp Tahini
Using a hand blender and a tall jug, blend the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and salt together.
Add the chickpeas and tahini and blend until smooth.
Add more lemon and salt to taste, or a drop of water if it’s too thick.
Serve with a dash of paprika, a drizzle of olive oil and a black olive for garnish.
